View Full Version : Mama's Family going buh bye from ION Jude The Obscure 05-01-2008, 10:47 PM No more Mama on ION, at least by fall 2008. It's had a healthy run and was ION's flagship series since "i" relaunched as ION. But it's going bye bye because the network is looking for a more hip 25-54 demographic. So here's hoping another station picks up the reruns or Warner decides to release more DVDs. It could return...they will still have access to it from their library deal with Warner Bros. It's not on ION's fall schedule, Pav and they are only expanding to 1 more hour. If they would expand to say, start at 12pm, I can see them using more library product. Most of the people in THAT demographic REMEMBER Mama's Family in its first run.
