Yes, she did during the sixth season. She named him Adam.

Elizabeth Montgomery was pregnant in real life with her daughter Rebecca, so they wrote in the pregnancy. Rebecca Asher was born 6-17-69, and Adam Stephens' birth was telecast on 10-16-69.
