It is sad to see Brooke this upset, but honestly, it is for the best. I think she's the weakest overall (though Jason is pretty close too) and yeah it's her time to go for sure.

She is my favorite out of everyone even though I think Syesha has the best voice over all. But Brooke was just such a nice person and had a fun personality, I'll miss seeing her on the show. Finally, an elimination that didn't upset me at all. Brooke definitely needed to go for sure, I don't see what everyone was so sad about.

I felt bad for Brooke. I wasn't too surprised to see her go though. She really hasn't had a great performance since "Let it Be".

I'm hoping Jason goes next week.

It doesn't really matter, though. Syesha will obviously be the next to go home. She so underrated as a singer and performer it isn't funny. How can people honestly sit through the entire show every week and not see how damn good of a singer she is? Probably because they're all busy voting for Jason Castro-LOL

I was kind of upset to see Brooke go, though. I actually think she deserved to stay more than Jason. At least she had 1 really good performance last night. Jason's performances both sucked badly. I just don't understand what America is thinking by putting him through another round. You'd honestly have to be deaf to vote for him.

And was I the only one that thought the group song at the beginning was very awkward? I was sitting through going "What the hell?" the entire time. The thing with Simon was hilarious.

well every other curse has been broken this year...the top 5 second spot curse, the "last into the top 24, last out before the top 12" curse, and last year the first performance slot for top 3 night curse was broken...so WHO KNOWS.

what? no...in Seasons 4-6, the two contestants who were told they were through to the top 24 on the "chair episode" were the last ones eliminated before the top 12 of their respective genders. but it was broken this year because Joanne and Colton were the last ones who were told they made top 24 and they were both eliminated on top 24 week.

Actually, she continued it. She was eliminated on Top 16 results night.

Still though, nobody shown last on the night they pick the Top 24 has ever made the Top 12. Strange.

Anyway, sad that Brooke went cause she's a nice girl, but she just lost any momentum she had early in recent weeks. Same with Jason, who somehow has survived this long.
