That would be the murder of Jonathan Francia. The person interviewed was friends with a couple who were guests in his trailer. The male friend of his brought another friend in that day to take a shower. That was the unknown man who seemed to have blood on him and wore a cowboy hat. The male friend was soon arrested for the murder and committed suicide. I don't know if "Tex" was ever located and arrested. Btw this segment was profiling police sketch artist Jeannie Boylan.
