I found this, and wondering if any one knows what year thisphoto was taken,it was found in the basement of a house,the house is also old but,livable.And you may see the white glow could it b a ghost?

I have some old pics, I would say around 1920-1940's

Edit: I would go to your Appraisal District website and enter the address and see what year the house was built.
