This is another reason I haven't been around much lately:

On April 12, 2007, Corporal James Tyler Lindsey aka Jamie of the 3rd Battalion, 509th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska, was driving 3 other men in a tank down the streets of Iraq. His tank hit a roadside bomb and 2 of the men inside were bruised, one suffered a broken arm and Jamie was killed instantly. Jamie would've been 22 years old this August. He left behind a wife, a mother, step family and friends who loved him. Jamie was my cousin and my hero.

1st Anniversary is always hard. How's his wife holding up?

I appreciate all of your kind words. I miss Jamie, but he died doing what he loved to do. I'm very proud of him.
