In a couple of Keeping Up Appearances episode's, Onslow asked Daisy for a Bacon sandwich which he called a Bacon Burgy??, is he saying burger?

That's a bacon "butty". It's another way of saying "sandwich". You could also call a sandwich a "sarnie"... That's what Daisy calls them!
