How did all of you become so obssesed with NMK and TD?

I started out being obssesed with FOl (even in the first seasons) Then I got obssesed with Jo Polniazcek, which made me look up Nancy McKeon on the internet, which is how I found this site, which is how I got obssesed with this site, and knowing NMK was on TD, I got obssesed with TD and then Nancy even more!

ok...when n@n was playing the first marathon thing for FOL,i remember on the 4th day of the marathon,(thursday)theere was nothing on!so i turn it to N@N and i saw commercials b4 it started and i asked my mom bout it and she is like oh it's a stupid show..so that's why i didn't watch it..ne ways..i watched it one night..i think..yeah the first ep.i saw was growing pains.lol i remember cuz i liked that part where she goes "i got beer"the first couple of episodes,i was like"oh i like that jo person..she is funny"so i just got obsessed with that show then i decided to look up nancy mckeon on-line then i found all her movies she made and then i started watching FOL mroe and more..and then i heard that in jan.,she is gonna haave a new show.so i watched it,fell in love with the show,and watched every ep.and now,i am here waiting for the 2nd season and trying to find a way to meet nmk..ok i got writers cramp now so i am gonna go lol..bye bye!

I waz sick on the week of the FOL marathon it waz about this time last year and my cousin waz over and said she used to watch FOL when she waz my age and so i started watchin it then like you I looked it up on the internet and came her but I probley would'nt be so crazy about Nancy unless I watched TD ya know.

Mwahaahaha..this will be fun.

I started my obsession with Nancy McKeon by watching The Facts of Life on Nick at Nite about a year ago. I saw a couple of the first season eps...but then decided I didn't like it. I was flipping channels one night...and I saw NMK on there...and I was like, 'Who is she???'. I watched it for about a week and then typed her name in the AOL search thing...and here I am now. Nancy McKeon's biggest fan. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

I was watching FOL and I was like "I like Jo!" And I asked my mom if Nancy McKeon was in any movies. She said they were all mostly TV movies. So the next day me and my friend went to the mall. When we got back it was like 7:00pm and we were eating dinner. My mom handed my the TV guide from our newspaper (not THE TV Guide...) and who is on the front? NANCY MCKEON!! It looked NOTHING like her, so I said, "Who in the world is this?" My mom then said, "Thats that Nancy McKewin (thats what she calls her). You know, that girl on that Facts of Life show." And I was like "Oh thats nice." So I watched the 2 eps that night and for some odd reason I thought the water gun thing and the "Ok everybody! We're going to jail" thig was HILARIOUS! And my mom said from that day forward, she knew i was gonna be obsessed! :-)

I started my obsession about a year ago too! i came into school and made frineds with a girl that loved FOL. And i had seen it before and liked it, but not obsesed! I started watching it every nite, cuz she was and then started to get obsessed with Nancy McKeon! Then i rented and watched a lot of her movies. But before that i looked her up online and found this site. i tried the message board, but everyone was mean to me, so i left. then i came back later and know i fit in great. i watched the division and everything Nancy and i am one of her biggest fans.

n I was flippin thru sum channels again n i stopped on Lifetime n i saw a TD commercial...n i was like, "OMG!!! DAS JO POLNIACZEK FROM FACTS OF LIFE" n i started watchin it n i was even more obsessed den b4!!! and den i looked up Nancy's name....found dis site...and here i am now

Lets start with the Very first day (lol). We had just ordered a pizza and we all (me my mom dad and brother) came in and sat down and turned on the tube. I say, "Mom that one show, whats it called? Oh yea FOL is coming on today, that marathon thing."
I wasnt gonna watch it cuz i didnt think it would be that good, but my mom was like oh i liked it when i was younger. You should watch it.
So we turned it on that. I started like the character Blair. Then my mom told me about her fave character. And what'd ya know, it was Jo! She wasnt on there at the time cuz it was showing the first season. She told me she would show me which one she was when she came on there. Finally, the second season or whatever season it was came on and there was Jo. I started liking that character. Then I started to become obssessed, with her AND Nancy McKeon. So there is the FOL story.

Now for TD.
As I told you I became obssessed with Nancy McKeon. It was prolly sometime in January when i was flipping through the channels when it was showing a commercial for the soon to be show The Division. I didnt know at the time that was what it was for. I flipped it back becuz the face that popped up on the screen looked familiar. Then at the end of the promo it showed the whole cast, and i realized, It was Nancy McKeon. I was like Kool she is gonna be on a show.
I was then awaiting January for the show to come on. But my mom wouldnt let me watch it. So i missed the first few eps, unfortunately. I got my computer at the end of March and I did a search for FOL and found this site, and begain coming here often. Then i finally got my TV back in my room(long story so dont ask) and I watch TD anywayz. Heheh, well Nancy was in it so i HAD to! And here we are today with a Overly Obssessed, yet proud to be obssessed person, name Tiffany aka Nancys Biggest Fan.

As you can see, my mom got me started on FOL and SHE gets all upset cuz im obssessed and its her fault. Sry i just had to say that. But I dont care that im obssessed. As i said im proud of it.

Well, It all started with FOL. I used to watch it every night b4 i would go to bed. I thought Jo was sooooooooo cool. (And still do) And I was eatin dinner one night and saw a commercial for The Division, and my mom pointed out that women on the far right was the one who played Jo on FOL. And I saw the previews for the intimate portrait on Nancy, and I watched it. I then started watchin TD more and more, and started watchin Nancy movies when they came on. I went on the internet and dint find many sites for nancy, so i made one, and luckily people liked it. I think Nancy's THE GREAT ONE. Well I am just more obsessed than ever now, and I am happy as heck!!!

i got obssessed with nancy mckeon by watching fol actually i never knew about the facts of life one day i was so bored there was nothing else to watch in the tv so i was changing the channels and i spotted fol at first i wasnt obssessed but then i started getting curioos about the jo character (nancy) and then i found out about the division i started watching in the 4th episode before you knew i was hooked withy fol,the division,but most of all my idol ms.Nancy McKeon.

Yes, i started with being obsessed with Fol, but now the Division is out and i liked Nancy the best so i am more obsessed with The Division now!

LOL..Now I'll explain my Division obsession..which is VERY different from everybody else's. I started watching because of LISA VIDAL! I first saw her on High Incident, and she's been my fav actress ever since. I saw her on supporting on Brian Benben and Third Watch, so when I heard she was gonna be a lead on The Divsion...I knew it was gonna be a hott show.

ps..I never heard on FOL or Nancy til TD..lol
