has anyone ever traded with bencasey?
he emailed me a few months ago about trading then no respnse
then emailed me again about 3 weeks ago
no response since then

That guy just does that to yank your chain. He does that to
everyone apparently (I know of 4 other collectors who've
had the same experience). Been there, done that, got the
post card.
