I have missing money in my bank account and called the bank to find out where the money went and the guy put me on hold and guess what? he never came back to assist me with my problem
so I now have to go into a meeting at work still wondering where this missing money is and have to call the bank back after my meeting. I can't believe someone at the bank would do something like that because they didn;t know the answer

Have you ever considered online banking? Most banks offer this service. If I can't account for money missing from my account, I can simply go online and find out where it was spent and what day. This really comes in handy if I've lost a receipt.

yeah i check my account online all the time which is why I dsicovered that I was missing money. So the decision has been made, after being with this bank for 9 years, I will close my accounts and go elsewhere because this is the second time I been charged for something TWICE by a accident which is not looking like it was a accident. So my time with this bank is over

Yeah I was going to suggest that you change banks, since you have been having problems with them.
