In the former category, Trinket Hale, Alan's widow passed away last week. A few months before that, Alan's first wife Betty, who was the mother of his children, also passed away. Here is a link to Trinket's obituary.

In the latter category, there are rumblings that once again, Sherwood is due to be honored, this time by being inducted into the Television Hall Of Fame. No word on when, or if it's private or public. Congrats Mr. Schwartz.

So sorry to hear about the passings of Alan's first and second wives. I remember seeing Trinket in that E! True Hollywood Story several years ago. I thought she was delightful.
