Anyone who is found having any participation in running members off my site will be banned. This is my site, and members are guests here. Act like guests. I decide if a thread, particularly an Appreciation Thread, remains or not. No coordinated schemes to make a member feel so unwanted, that they leave. No character assassinations or gang-ups.

Certain members have taken on a mentality that they own the place. I own the place. If someone has a problem with a member, go to a Moderator or an Administrator. Don't take matters into your own hands. There will be no hidden messages in avatars or signatures directed at other members. Check your drama at the door. It is not welcome here. When member's issues cause me to lose members, I don't take it lightly, at all. Incidents will be investigated, and if the same names keep surfacing, it may be time to look for another place to stir up trouble.

Stop the bickering and behind-the-scene antics. This does not apply to everybody, just a handful of members. If you see yourself in this message, then tag, you're it. Now, let's have a friendly board. Life's too short for this petty drama that I'm hearing about. It overflowed into my business. No more.
