Actress Kate Hudson refuses to sit through the movies she has starred in - because she can't bear to watch herself on the silver screen. Hudson, 28, happily poses for photographs on the red carpet at the premieres of her films - but is frequently absent from the theater when the lights go down.

She explains, "It's really a bizarre experience to see yourself in a movie and I don't think I will ever get used to it. It's almost getting worse. I still shake and sweat. I just don't like it. I don't know what it is."

Can't say I blame her, seeing myself on a huge screen sounds like my worst nightmare! It has to be weird.

Will someone tell her Almost Famous RULES?

Usually, if I have somebody video tape a play/performance, or whatnot that I'm in, I usually don't feel comfortable watching it with other people around. however, I do like to watch it by myself so that I can critique and make needed improvements.
