Just in: Heroes creator Tim King has signed with Crown Publishers to write a trilogy that's being described as a combination of the thriller and alternate history genres. Currently titled The Flag of Orpheus, it will be co-written with novelist Dale Peck. The first book, Shift, is tentatively scheduled for publication in Fall 2009.
