Martin Lawrence and Tim Robbins
Queen Latifah and Steve Martin
Sidney Poiter and Bill Cosby
Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels
Bill Murray and Harold Ramis
Diana Ross and Michael Jackson
Burt Reynolds and Sally Field
Jack Nicholson and Shelly Duvall

The reason why I posted this is because these actors and actresses had great chemistry in the movies they appeared in with one another I listed. Whether it was a one time movie or movies that lead to sequals, I have a gut feeling, they will never work on screen again. And that's a shame, because I would like to see these actors appear in many more movies with one another. Can anyone think of more duos that was great in movies together that probably won't work together again?

I agree with your list, and I also find that once they've worked together, unless it's a sequel, most actors don't star together again. I think it's quite rare to see the same actors in 2 different movies. I'll use Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey as an example ; they had great chemistry in How To Lose A Guy, but I wasn't feeling it in Fool's Gold, so now I don't think they're a great team anymore. So I think starring alongside each other again can sometimes be a disaster, even if they were great together the first time.

Anyway, duos who probably will never work together, but they were wonderful together;
Cameron Diaz & Matt Dillon in There's Something About Mary. I doubt I'll see those two together again, since they aren't just ex-co stars, they are also ex-lovers. I'm not holding my breath anyway..

Pat Morita is an obvious since he's dead. I guess I should have been more clear and stated actors and actresses who are still alive.

But you got a good list though.
