(Mindy then turns around and trying to stop from laughing
Father: "Nat don't use the past tense it scares me"
(He was actually laughing when he made that statement
Natalie: "you were my hero"
(With her back still to him Mindy is trying very hard to not laugh)
I guess they had to rehearse that scene a lot and it still didn't work because they both wanted to LAUGH

thats hilarious! for some reason she could never hold her laughter in very well.

yeah she was always laughing...i love mindy, but she wasnt as good of an actress as the others were...and she shouldnt have been considering that she wasnt an actress before "facts"...so its dumb that the producers or whatever got mad at her...she was doing her best!!! i think its one of natalies greatest qualities...that she was always cheery and laughing at her own jokes...i dont think the later natalie was as loveable, post 6 season natalie, that is, she became SOMEWHAT of a cynic, but i still loved her!

she was on "the new mickey mouse club" from 77-79, not sure on the dates, and she had already been in a couple movies!

You are not the only one who noticed that Solomon. :lol: I couldn't help but notice that Natalie seemed like she wanted to bust out laughing or something. I wonder if it was because they were laughing during rehearsals or whether something funny occurred and she just couldn't help herself. Or was she one of those people who happen to want to laugh at serious situations? There are some people who can't help themselves, they just laugh at inappropriate times.
