Holy crap! This is one of the biggest things to ever happen in the history of the show.

This morning Stern sidekick Artie Lange gets into an arguement with his assistant Ted and then tries to attack him - on the air!

Luckily no one was hurt, although it apparently took several guys to keep the 300 pound Artie from killing Ted.

Then Howard and a very enraged Artie traded a few words about his conduct, and Artie left.

Will he be back?

Who knows.
