I can not remember was there a Reunion Show with The cast of The Mary Tyler Moore Show

Actually, there were two of them. One in 1990 or 91 - I can't remember which. That was mostly the whole cast sitting around watching clips and reminiscing. IMO, it was kind of lame since it was scripted even though the actors were playing themselves. Then in 2002, they did one where Mary sat down with the others individually and they each talked more in-depth about their characters, how they got the parts, etc. I think that was much better b/c you could tell the actors were really being themselves. I think there's clips of the newer on YouTube if you can find them (and if they haven't been removed yet, hehe!)
