if you're talking about what I think you are, it's probably just an add they made to look like a real application. That freaked me out before, too but it's way at the top of the page and I figured out it wasn't real.

Are you talking about that are you interested application? That freaked me out. I kept checking to see who clicked yes and was like ew over half the time. I hope it isn't a real application. To me, it seemed like a way to invite stalkers into your lives and that totally freaks me out. :eek:

I think if you put "single" in your profile it acts like a community so that anyone single can search you.

I changed mine to single last week and within hours I got some serial killer from Texas wanting to "be my friend". When I looked at his profile he had nothing but single women listed as friends. Freaked me right out.

i've gotten so many random adds from guys around the world. and they only have friends on facebook that are girls. uh...no thanks. lol.
