Okay...I was watching something on TV Land not too long ago about classic sitcoms from the '80s. And I was happy because they were doing some stuff on "Facts of Life" and "Diff'rent Strokes" as well as some other faves of mine. However, they did very little about "Facts of Life" and "Diff'rent Strokes", and instead when they got around to the "Will & Grace" segment, they had to do an entire thing about stupid  Britney Spears  , because of her stupid guest appearance on an episode she did like 2 FRIGGIN' YEARS AGO!!!! And in the amount of time they could have spent on "Facts" and "Strokes", instead they devoted like almost another half hour on the life and career of this has-been pop star.   The piece of *****'s overexposed enough as it is!! Can't they devote at least two solid hours of programming without her ugly spastic face popping up, not to mention an entire half hour devoted to her well-known public life?!?!?! At this point, I feel like I want to just reach into the screen and strangle the life out of her whenever I see her fat ugly pimpled face appear!! This program was SUPPOSED TO be about classic sitcoms, and they couldn't even get through it without a virtual shrine to some has-been teen pop star!! SHEESH!!!! They could have done alot more stuff on "Facts of Life", but NOOOOO!!!!!! They felt it was SOOOOO IMPORTANT to do a piece on some untalented music industry prostitute who gets an entire piece in the New York Times for going to the bathroom!! I am fuming over this!!

I'll agree that Britney is overexposed, and yeah if I would've been watching it I probably would've been mad too

Especially since this was supposed to be a show about classic TV shows from the '80s and '90s!! Enough with her already!! I'm sorry I even brought her up!!

I totally agree, if it were a show about screwing up in the 2000's I'd see talking about her alot, but not in what you were watching

Unfortunately, she is the most famous human being in the entire universe (though I cannot for the life of me imagine why) and even though there are few of us sane people who are actually interested in other things besides Britney effin Spears, the vast majority of the messed up human race seem to think otherwise and therefore can't seem to get enough of her! But, to us smart people, there is actually more to life than some teen bimbo showing off her torso in every possible opportunity! Oh god, why am I even talking about her on a "Facts of Life" forum?????
