On Monday the 14th we're getting our kitchen remodeled. It's going to have new cabinets, new countertop, new stove, new microwave, and a new dishwasher. All the appliances are black. It will have new everything especially a new sink, new faucet, and including a soap pump dispenser with that. I'm looking forward to having it done.

We did that about 7 years ago here, the end result was worth it but having it all torn up in there while it was being remodeled was horrible. :lol:

We might stay at a hotel close to home when the people are working on our kitchen during the week of April 14. I can't wait to have a new kitchen soon. I'm taking before & after pics of the kitchen.

Ooo, how cool! I bet you'll just love it! It's always nice to give the house a little "makeover" lol. We're getting ready to makeover almost the entire house and I can't WAIT either!

I will try my best to send before and after pics of the kitchen. I'm always ready for a makeover for the entire house. I need to get the baths fixed up, walls painted, and etc.

DLevine2, you sound like my parents LOL, in the whole month we've gotten our garage with an apartment on top ( aka a carriage house) done, ALL house walls repainted, kitchen also starting to be worked on, just replacing countertops and appliances though, and we're using the kitchen in the carriage house for noe and have to go back and forth if we're going in the house and in there, mostly thats me

It's new kitchen cabinets Theshark8777.LOL. They came from Lowe's and the brand of kitchen cabinets are Shenandoah. Some of the cabinets will be pullout cabinets such as wastebasket pullout which I know and I don't know which other pullout cabinets we will get.

The color of cabinets we ordered was maple. The pullout cabinets will have knobs and the regular cabinets will have pulls.

Now, the last thing we need to get done to our house is the countertops, sink, and backsplash on the walls and then we will be finish. Now, we have the cabinets installed, the dishwasher in place which next week we will have the dishwasher hooked up, we will get the countertops installed, and the sink hooked up next week. Finally, yesterday and Tuesday we got over the counter microwave working and the new stove hooked up and working.

Our kitchen should be finish next week. The next thing we will probably do is get new garage doors, new siding for the house, and new gutters for the house.

I'd love to get a new bathroom. We recently got a new counter and floor in the kitchen and I painted it last summer.

Now, we're finish with getting our kitchen done. One day, we're thinking about getting white light switches and white receptacle outlets to match with our wallpaper. The next thing I believe is that we're getting new garage doors and get some painting done to the house. I would like to get new siding but that's expensive which my dad said.
