I recall, in the pilot (or early on) that Nancy revealed that she was pregnant again. So I must have missed when she had a miscarriage or something--was it ever brought up again??

It was never mentioned again - maybe Nancy had a false positive?? (I think if she had a miscarriage, they'd play it out for all it was worth.)

Or the writers had......*dum dum dum* AMNESIA!!

In a later season Nancy ( Meredith Baxter playing Nancy ) became pregnant again . Her and Jeff were divorced but considering being remarried. They had been seeing each other and she became pregnant !

However she was nervous about it and decided it wasn't the right time and planned to terminate the pregnancy!:( Jeff didn't know about the baby , than she had a change of heart (Yay) but ended up miscarrying !:(
