View Full Version : The Ernie character had the BRAIN of a 12 year old
TVFactFan 03-30-2008, 05:13 PM If I had my eyes clothes when watching GL, i would think he was a preteen. It was nothing manly about him and prime example was when he found out the factory was going to close and then he started WHINNIG and saying-"I DON"T KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING ELSE!!
Damm he was a loser, no grown man panicks like that when they get laid off, the search for solutions. Ernie was pathetic
Pavan 03-30-2008, 11:10 PM LOL, but he's funny and innocent!
This was so hilarious:
George: Dude, you're not going out with my sister.
Ernie: If I had a sister, I'd let you go out with her.
...
George: If you had a sister, she would probably be disgusting.
Ernie: Yeah probably!
LOL!

The only highlight moment i seen of Ernie so far was when he was getting women phone numbers in the park-lol other than that, he was a LOSER!!!!

Angie - There on your lap!

needles1987 03-31-2008, 02:25 AM Ernie is not ********. He's just socially inept.
PrettyinPink55 08-02-2008, 12:02 PM I think he's adorable!!!! He cracks me up!!!

He just comes off as George's Little nerdy brother rather than his sidekick-lol
Brieannas21 08-02-2008, 09:29 PM He was a bit on the naive side but funny at times. The other night I saw the episode about the sex offender and when Ernie rode up on his skate board with a helmet and knee pads on, I actually got a laugh out of that.
Janice 08-02-2008, 10:02 PM Is Ernie a relative or just George's friend and co-worker? I saw the episode where he got fat. George tricked him in the dressing room, and gave him his own mother's size 20 pants. They fit, and Ernie loved them, lol. Do we ever see Ernie's mother?

Ernie and George are friends, and they did show him mom but just her FEET-lol She is supposed to be VERY BIG and never showed her feet

I think there's a goof here, because in the episode where Geroge meets his aunt and finds out his dad is still alive, George, Benny, Ernie, and Ernie's mom are all at a store that resembles Sams' or Costco. Anyway, they showed his mom, and she was...well, normal-sized...lol. Maybe they decided later to make her really big?
Anyone remember that?
It's not a big part of the episode, just a small tidbit that I noticed, because I didn't watch the episodes in order, and saw the episode where George and Ernie were feeding his mom, and kind of got confused...
Pavan 08-03-2008, 12:01 PM (Ernie drooling at Veronica)
George: Beat it, Rosie O'Donnell!
LOL!!
