Looks like a good price. I doubt there will be any new extras though, probably just the same discs in new packaging. The syndicated episodes will probably not be fixed for this set but I hope that they will be.

It's pretty generic but it is also a big space saver. If you scroll down a bit you can see the full ad and they show the Whats Happening! set opened up. It looks rather confusing (I'm guessing it's supposed to be the 'book' like packaging that was used for the Three's Company sets) so I'm interested to pick up the Soap set when it comes out to see what the deal is.

Bought the entire series on a monthly thing from Columbia House in the early 1990's on VHS... total of 23 tapes at $19.95 each plus shipping...

Then re-purchased the series on DVD at $24.99/season...

Only reason I'd buy this below is if the episodes are ALL uncut, the DVD sets consisted of some syndicated versions, while the VHS versions were all uncut!

I don't think there are new extras. Sony just wants to repackage the series. I'm not too sure why they're doing this since most fans already have the season sets.
