Happy Weekend Everyone! What's everyone got going on? We plan on relaxing, and putting some final touches on our home. The fun kind of stuff, not the back breaking crap we did for weeks. We may go to the nearby Christmas Tree Shop. Not sure if they're everywhere, but the stores are only about Christmas, during the Christmas season. They have some incredible sales. :dollar:

I have no idea what I'm doing this weekend, it's pretty much up in the air :crazy:

Tonight, I am going out with a friend who works at the same college that I do. It happens to be a female friend, and yes, it is more or less a date. I hope that everything goes well. :)

Saturday, I'll probably just wach some movies. I noticed that The Great Escape is on Saturday night. I'm sure that I will watch that.

Sunday, I'll be going to church.

Well my son is home from school. He officially starts his spring break. He is happy. I may visit my sister tomorrow and maybe take him to the beach. The weather is gorgeous. My boyfriend works weekends, which sucks (sometimes ;)) because he can't spend the time with us. But, now that son is on vacation, we can do something together during the week on my boyfriend's days off.

Work tomorrow and Wrestlemania on Sunday! :woohoo:

May go to a friends tomorrow. Don't really know.

Happy weekend after Easter!

Taking care of my mom (she broke her leg nearly 2 weeks ago and had to have surgery last Wednesday - so she's almost 1.5 weeks in on her 4-6 week recovery period) and then I have to work Sunday night.

I bought an omelette pan, and it's fantastic. I'm not one for eggs, but I made my husband one. It came out so perfect, that it looked fake. I used three eggs. I added chopped provolone cheese, chopped prosciutto, sauteed mushrooms and onions and broccoli. So fluffy, it had to be over an inch thick, and golden brown. You just close the lid, and flip it over. Another one of my Bed, Bath & Beyond purchases, lol.

i'm nearing the end of my spring break (tear). thankfully, there's no school monday due to cesar chavez day & i have tuesdays off. so come wed...i go back.

just saw never back down with some friends. i'll probably spend the weekend cleaning & hanging out with some people. maybe go to the park after church on sunday.

:lol: There is no way in hell to walk into that store and NOT buy something. I just went there the other day (again) and bought more bath items. I love my bathroom, it is my little sanctuary. ;)

Well my sister has a cold, so I stayed away from her house today. I took my son to a local carnival. I hadn't been on a ferris wheel in YEARS! I was scared. I was holding on so tight and my 6 year old was just having fun. It started to get real cold out and my back started hurting, so we came home a short while ago. It is really gloomy outside.

I'm off this weekend, so i'm watching MHL the fourth night of five, I love that show I went to a live event last Halloween it was awesome and I was on tv WAY HAY :lol:

It's really tiring, I'll say. Boy!

She's made a LOT of improvement in the last 1.5 weeks, so that's good. She had 18 staples in her leg... just had 'em taken out on Friday. Healing very beautifully right now, but she still has a tough road ahead of her... it was a pretty nasty break, requiring the docs to put in a metal plate and oodles of screws in her leg. But I have no doubt she'll be back on both feet in the next month. :)

Sounds like your mom is one tough lady. ;) I give her kudos :thumbsup: I bet she will be back on her feet sooner than expected. Us moms can't do much lying down. :lol:

This weekend turned out to be pretty awesome, if I do say so myself.

I was supposed to go to Beatlefest on Friday, but my best friend didn't want to do the driving from Long Island to New Jersey for one night of fun, so we ended up spending the whole day together instead. First, we had a nice lunch at Applebees, then headed to some stores to do a little browsing. We stopped for italian ices along the way, then decided to hang at a local park--we broke out her camera and took some awesome shots, which I hope to post here as soon as I get them.

After that, we went to the mall and did a lot of damage to our wallets at MAC, lol. My friend got a make-over there and bought nearly everything they used on her.

When we were done going broke, we headed to the Cheesecake Factory for some gourmet pizzas and cheesecake (mmm, key lime is gooood *drool*). We were so stuffed!

I dropped her back off at Applebees so she could get her car and we said our goodbyes. I have a good feeling she may be moving back to New York very soon (her Mom already moved back since she was offered her old job in Nassau County, but my friend has to finish college in Ohio before she can consider coming back). Cross your fingers!

Saturday was very mellow. I went shopping for new clothes for spring and went back home to take a nap. My aunt and uncle were visiting from Upstate, so I chatted with them for a few hours before going back to bed again, lol.


Today was just so...random. I got my nose pierced, lol. Yeah, totally spontaneous and awesome. I've been wanting to get it done for so long and finally caved in and had it pierced this afternoon while I was hanging with my Mom. She held my hand throughout the whole process. The initial piercing through the skin didn't hurt, but it stung like a bitch when she had to fiddle with it (apparently my nose has an extra layer of tissue that makes it hard to pierce through entirely). My piercer gave me a free bottle of cleaning solution for being so patient :D Overall, I think it looks pretty cute, although it still has to grow on me.

Today is the official start of baseball season in the U.S.!

Today was very laid back. The weather played a major reason why I stayed home. It is cold and windy. Brrrrrr. I made spaghetti, veggies, garlic bread and a salad for lunch/dinner.

This weekend was pretty busy. First of all Friday I got together with my bestfriend Mel over her lunch break we finally were able to exchange birthday presents. Then I worked Saturday and Sunday from 5:30am. to 2:00pm. and then in the evening I went over to my parents and helped them redecorate/remoldel there dinning room and that's about it

My weekend was pretty good.. Friday night I went to my boyfriends house stayed overnight till Sunday I came home. I relaxed all day, and watched TV. My Mom and brother went to New Hampshire on Sunday afternoon they are still there. My GodChild gets operated on today for her Baby Teeth in the fron are gonna get taken out. Thats about it on my weekend.
