Wow, I'm jealous! I was only 10/11 when he passed away in '98 so I never got to experience Frankie live :( Watching those concerts he did when he was older (early 70's and on) it amazes me how stunning his voice remained. He had his "off" moments but he could still blow you away with that voice when he wanted. My grandma met him two or three times in the late 30's and early 40's in front of the Paramount Theater...she adored him...had pictures but they were lost in a fire. (((sigh))) So, naturally I grew up on singers like Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr and Nat King Cole...which I guess is why I have such a "classic" taste for music lol.
Wow, did I just write all that :rofl: Sorry, Sinatra is a passion of mine and I could go on and on ;) :p
