Anyone know whatever became of her? Even what she is doing now?

I don't know but I'd love to find out. Of course, Pat Finley went on to do her best-known work as Ellen Hartley on another MTM-produced program, The Bob Newhart Show.

Well that's just the kinda crazy, kooky girl she is. LOL.

I saw her on an episode of Diff'rent Strokes today and I just knew her face was a familiar one.

Did she tell you about one of her dreams or did she sparkle? LOL?

Yeah, well I was saying that because Edward Asner is Lou Grant and Gavin was in TLB.

I can't picture her in Harlem circa 1978 saying "they call me Sparkie because I sparkle and twinkle all over". LOL.

I'm just being real about it catlover. She'd have a better chance of being safer and saying that in today's day rather than 30 years ago. Today she could tell some strange man "about her dream" and say that "that the strange man came home with her".

The first time I saw that episode was 2 years ago and I was shocked!
That is one of the reasons I love this show.
This show mentions taboo subjects with funny hints and lines.

According to a commentary on a Bob Newhart Show episode, director James Burrows mentions that Pat Finley's manager at the time was Famous Amos! His real name was Wally Amos, and he was in the entertainment industry before starting his own cookie empire. Neat, huh? :D
