yeah, while I admit I loved seeing a lot of the Sanford marathon, the novelty's kinda worn off on me for that show as far as seeing it on BET goes, since I've already seen and recorded almost all the episodes on there already.

I cant wait to see The Diff'rent Strokes Marathron on BET from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm Central Time.

Nice looking marathon, it would have been better if there were no eps from seasons 1 and 2. But 4 out of 16 isn't too bad but still could have been not aired

I was watching three things at once. I skipped the first few DS though. Watched the Yankees and NBA instead. I started DS around 3:30. All DS after this NBA game is over...which will be very soon.

That wasn't a bad episode. It was about her going to a public school. I remember seeing that when it first aired, I was about 8, but I remember it like yesterday.

i never liked pearl she got on my nerves and was stuck up and not nice Mr.t episode was my favorite i wish they had horrey for Hollywood episode with knight rider instead all the janet jackson episodes.

Exactly. I have always said this. The best and most memorable episodes of this show were typically from the middle seasons (3-6). I even prefer the season 7 & 8 episodes with Sam over the very early episodes. Here's the irony: To get seasons 3 and up put on DVD, Sony probably wanted to see better sales with Seasons 1 & 2. But, since most fans of the show seem to prefer the middle season episodes, a lot of people probably didn't buy Seasons 1 & 2! I know I only watched 1/2 of season 1 and didn't buy Season 2. But, if they would come out with Season 3, I would buy it THE DAY of the release.

Later seasons of many series are more popular than the earlier ones. I wish DVD companies would understand that. That and every show's not gonna sell with Seinfeld and Friends' type numbers.

I'm Glad BET is giving life to the show but they need to take editing tips from N@N and TV land and stop going to a commercial when someone is in the middle of a sentence and coming back from a commercial when someone is already talking.

I notice the editing is awfully random but the episodes to me still make sense. Though it could most definitely stand to be edited better, for the most part I notice it's as if they pressed pause and went to a commercial. I watched some of the episodes yesterday and I was thinking just how ION would butcher air them. :lol:

Well it would make sense to spread it out a bit and have another marathon in May. Having two marathons in one month is kind of strange
