In Sunday's paper, in the Parade magazine's Personality column section (just inside the front cover), the question was asked about Suzanne's funeral and why there were female pallbearers. There was also a cute picture of Suzanne with Bob during TBNS days. I guess Suzanne planned her own funeral and one request is that they play the Emily song for her ... (The TBNS theme song, which is titled, "Home to Emily".)

A “Suzie was much sicker with lung cancer than she let on, and she had everything about her funeral planned out,” says Bob New-hart, her TV husband (1972-78), who delivered the eulogy. “She never played by the rules, so she wanted her six closest girlfriends, including Tina Sinatra, to be pallbearers. She even asked for a recording of the song ‘Emily,’ her character’s name on our show.”
