View Full Version : Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp...w/ Dustin Diamond again!!!
Ireneparalegal 03-14-2008, 08:21 PM God, here we go again with Dustin, that jerk. I had no idea until watching the show yesteday that Dustin was coming back to the show. He seems to be holding a different attitude but some don't seem to buy it.
Erin Moran (Happy Days) looked so cute. She seems determined to win and get fit.
Willie Aames is back again. He was looking like Sammy Hagar from Van Halen.
Ireneparalegal 03-14-2008, 08:27 PM YUCKO..I cannot STAND that ass, Dustin Diamond-dork; what an obnoxious twit:rolleyes: :barfs:
Ha ha ha...Willie Ames looks like, Sammy Hagar. I will tune in, just to see that..ha
Yeah, when Willie was getting off the bus, one of the other team members commented they thought Sammy Hagar was one of the contestants. When I seen Willie, I realized why.
ThomasE 03-14-2008, 10:32 PM Dustin is back? There goes the neighborhood. Where is Miss Bliss when you need her? Maybe the other contestants can annoy him by calling him Screech. LOL.
Dean Winchester 03-14-2008, 11:15 PM watching that show makes me feel fat. There are so many celebrities who are more in need of losing weight than Brian Dunkleman.
I love how Dustin Diamond loves to make fun of others being nobodies and hasbeens (like he picked on Kimberly Locke, even tho she had a #1 dance hit with Eighth World Wonder). This is coming from a guy who makes a living off being a hasbeen, he's no more of a star in the present tense than Danny Bonaduce or Gary Coleman. I actually grew up when SBTB was popular and I don't even remember anyone watching it when it was current.
Dean Winchester 03-14-2008, 11:16 PM Willie Aames is back again. He was looking like Sammy Hagar from Van Halen.
rofl, when I saw the previews, I thought it was Sammy
Ireneparalegal 03-14-2008, 11:18 PM It was said on the show yesterday in regards to Erin and Brian that it is not abt weight loss but being fit. Hence the title Celebrity FIT CLUB. They did say it is abt body fat and trimming one's self. Brian wants to be fit for his up-coming wedding and Erin wants to shape up herself.
Dustin being on the show just pisses me off.
friendsfan77 03-15-2008, 01:57 AM ugh, Dustin Diamond is such a jerk. I wouldn't be surprised if he wound up pissing everyone on the show off before it's all set and done.
ThomasE 03-15-2008, 10:27 AM Yeah and then he gets his own reality show. LOL. The dude is messed up.
An 80s Guy 03-16-2008, 03:05 PM I just watched the first episode.I was shocked when I saw Dustin.I'm sure the ratings of this season will determine whether or not he'll get his own show.
88survivor 03-16-2008, 11:24 PM When Willie Aames was young, he was really a good looking guy. No. I'm straight. I am not hitting on him, but he looked so unrecognizable with that beard he has. The saying is, like mom says, "We all change!" Forget Bibleman days. This is the most unrecognizable you ever see Willie Aames to this day.
YoliUSA 03-17-2008, 02:13 PM Has anybody watched the uncensored video of Toccara's meltdown on this week's episode? Someone leaked the video and it's all over the internet right now.

Jude The Obscure 03-17-2008, 11:54 PM I'm not usually a reality show watcher, but I came across this and was sucked right on in! LOL. Looking forward to the next episode.
also I gotta wonder what Dustin's former castmates think of him now. Did you see the part where he grabs his crotch?? He is just nasty.

 Glad you got sucked in. ;)
Yeah, that crotch grabbing move was just gross.
Dean Winchester 03-24-2008, 08:26 PM I wonder if someone is going to finally ask Brian Dunkelman the question everyone wants the answer of.... "do you regret leaving Idol?"
Ireneparalegal 03-24-2008, 08:27 PM Brian left Idol? I thought they replaced him.
Dean Winchester 03-25-2008, 04:42 AM Brian left Idol? I thought they replaced him.
no, him and Ryan Seacrest hosted it together at the start, but Dunkleman decided he didn't want to do it anymore after the first season. And now look where their careers are, Ryan is everywhere and Brian is only a rung above The Surreal Life with Fit Club
TVFactFan 03-25-2008, 02:33 PM Dustin seemed to have changed this season, i also found out that he is coming to philly this week, who cares-lol
TVFactFan 03-25-2008, 02:35 PM anyone annoyed by crazy a$$ harvey?-lol
Jude The Obscure 03-25-2008, 03:10 PM  Glad you got sucked in. ;)

that almost sounds like Celebrity Fit Club: Uncensored Edition
Yea, Harvey I think wants to be a hard ass no matter what.
oh my, that Tocarra is too much of a drama queen. And just who is she anyway?
I respect Brian more than Ryan. Ryan maybe everywhere but he is just going to burn himself out--you can't keep up that pace forever.
My faves are the blue team.
Ireneparalegal 03-25-2008, 04:13 PM Yes Solomon, we already know you hate Harvey. ;) You told us this many times the last time around.
Toccara hosts some BET show, I have no idea what show that is or what she did beforehand.
Also, I did feel that Toccara was pushed slightly by the remarks made to her by the doctor when he asked if she was in it for her. I mean, she lost 8 pounds, she is obviously doing what is asked of her, it is not like she is acting like Dustin did last season when he refused to follow the diet, refused to work-out and basically was being a d*ck. Toccara at least has her mind set to complete her tasks, so why did they push her like that? Unfair if you ask me.
TVFactFan 03-25-2008, 06:20 PM that almost sounds like Celebrity Fit Club: Uncensored Edition

I bet if someone stood right in front of Harvey and said-"YOU ARE A FRAUD"
I bet he would be shocked and not do anything

Well, Dustin didn't get into Harvey's face, but he did say stupid things and Harvey did NOT take that lightly. Besides Solomon, the man can't physically harm anyone on that show, he'd be sued. He's mean but NOT STUPID. Do you really think the man is going to lose this job and the great money he gets on this show, for hitting some stupid jerk like Dustin or anyone else? C'mon, even stupid Dustin knows he wouldn't touch Harvey, which is why it is easy for him to talk smack to him. Harvey has way too much to lose. Don't tell me you really think Harvey would back down against anyone if he had the opportunity to do so? Give him 1 minute in a room with someone and see if that person would dare to fight him. Harvey would win.
ThomasE 03-25-2008, 06:37 PM anyone annoyed by crazy a$$ harvey?-lol
Who do you hate more? Harvey or Dustin? Maybe I should say, who do you care less about?
Ireneparalegal 03-27-2008, 12:05 PM I love Harvey. I know you didn't ask me, but just thought I'd post that. ;)
Dustin seems to be doing a whole lot better this time around.
Dean Winchester 03-27-2008, 01:08 PM I just don't think those judges realize that Toccara is right. They want to turn her into this size zero type model.... and she knows better. It's because of these type of people that Nicole Richie went from healthy to zombie appearance. I am glad she is standing up for herself because it's annoying when 90% of models are showing off bodies and clothes that 90% of women in the "real world" could never fit into, if you're a size 2 or size 3, you're meant to feel fat, and Toccara at her plus size is saying "**** you Harvey, I want to lose weight but I don't want to be a size zero". Mia Tyler was the same way as well. Why should a woman go size zero in order to lose weight? that look is unhealthy too IMO

She wasn't telling Harvey, she was telling the doctor, whatever his name is. I agree with Toccarra, but her anger wasn't abt how they want her to look, is what abt how Toccarra is with the program and still the doctor felt the need to almost chastise her by asking her if she was "in it for Toccarra". Hey, Dustin lost 8 pounds and no one asked him that question. And he is the one with the history of not "being with the program". I would feel horrible if I was working my butt off and being asked that question.
Besides, the doctor and therapist did say it isn't abt weight-loss, but abt muscle and fitness. Toccarra can be curvy, but rather than have curves because of fat, she can have curves because of toned muscle, which is the goal this time around on CFC. Toccarra did mention Serena Williams and the doctor did say Serena is abt 7% muscle fat, whereas Toccarra is 30% FAT. That is a big difference. They are not trying to make her skinny. They are working to turn their fat into muscle and get rid of any excess fat.
platinumblondelife 03-30-2008, 02:14 PM I would be pissed if one of them told me to "be a woman" and "show some class" who the hell does that doctor think he is to talk to her that way????
Ireneparalegal 03-30-2008, 04:17 PM Well Toccarra apologized and admitted she was wrong for getting out of line. Understandable for her to be angry. Screaming and yelling, no.
Well Dustin showed his true colors. He left the fitness club for a week. Claimed he couldn't get a plane back. Yeah right. Seems like next week's episode will show Dustin being his true self by calling his lawyer (with what money????) and threatening to shut down the show completely because he was called a name by Harvey.
ThomasE 03-30-2008, 08:15 PM Oh. Insane ol'--I mean same ol' Dustin.
Jude The Obscure 03-31-2008, 01:11 PM I respected Brian for offering an apology to Harvey and it seemed Harvey was giving respect back.
As for Dustin.....he is a lost cause! I can just imagine Mark-Paul, Mario, Tiffani, Lark, Elizabeth, et. al. just shaking their head in disgust at what their former castmate has turned into.

krystka 04-28-2008, 02:52 AM That's so funny that you thought Willie was Sammie Hagar! I first saw Willie on CFC just by flipping through the channels, and at first I thought--hey, there's Leif Garrett on a reality show! LOL...guess I'm getting old or something, huh??
Oh, and I agree with you about Dustin Diamond.....geez, what a cry-baby! He's lazy, a whiner, and he acts like he's a HUGE star that should have special attention. I didn't like him as "Screech", and I don't like him as "himself", either.
YoliUSA 04-29-2008, 04:27 PM Did anyone watch the finale??
I didn't expect the blue team to win so I was pretty surprised. The red team almost had it, but they had a very weak link (Erin) and she didn't even try to help on the final stretch. It was very disappointing.
Ireneparalegal 05-03-2008, 06:33 PM I felt bad for Toccarra's team except for Erin. There is something definitely wrong with that girl. I haven't a clue. I don't know if she has a chemical imbalance that is brought on with alcohol or what. One moment she says something and a minute later she says the opposite. Just like when the team agreed to give Tina Yothers the grand prize instead of letting Erin have it, Erin was all for it. Then the other players came in and she suddenly said she never said that even though they played the tape back of her saying it.
Erin did it for the money bottom line. Toccarra seemed to realize she could lose some fat and tone her body and still have curves. Tina of course wanted to lose weight as did Willie. The first time Willie was on the show he didn't care. He had a different agenda this time around. Dustin, Oy vey. He has BIG issues and a huge chip on his shoulder. AJ Benza seemed to want to lose weight and win but got caught up when he was away from the camp. He admitted to eating a lot when he was away. He did not do it for the money because he earns a great income hosting that poker show on the Game Show Network. He is not collecting unemployment.
Jude The Obscure 05-03-2008, 07:39 PM Erin's team was quick to dismiss her apology to them--like "yea, whatever, we've heard it before" and I think she was taken aback by their response. Tina went on E! stating she thinks Erin is bi-polar. One thing I don't understand--Tina lost 11lbs that last week, but her fat ratio went up??? Explain that to me, please. Notice that Ant did not collect that $100 bet that AJ made with him on being the "biggest loser" He must have forgot!

I saw the part where AJ gave him the $100. ;) AJ was on the scale and Ant reminded him of the bet and he walked up to AJ who quickly pulled out the $100.
I don't get that whole fat ratio malarkey either. Please, someone enlighten us!!!!
ThomasE 05-03-2008, 10:29 PM This time around, Dustin was not as bad as before. He still had issues this season but Erin. I was ready for someone to go upside her head. I was all for Tina's team to win. Too bad Erin and Dustin could not have stayed on the same team.

Yeah, I think Erin was the one who really let me down. Dustin had his ok moments. Too bad he couldn't be that way more of the time. All those stupid phone calls and crying like a baby. Pleeeeeeze. I thought more of Erin but I guess that is just a part of her. She made a fool of herself on that bus.

She sure did. She looked just nasty to me. I was like "eww". Dustin was trying to make everything political. He was holding up things by his silly antics. The one time that I really felt for him was when Harvey called Dustin a Nazi and Dustin really took that to heart. :(
catlover79 05-03-2008, 11:08 PM Have any of you read the autobiography Willie wrote with his wife, Maylo?? I did, and it was phenomenal. It's called Grace is Enough. After I read it, I wrote a letter to them c/o the publisher. Lo and behold, they both signed & inscribed the index cards I sent and Maylo sent a handwritten letter along. Isn't that sweet? :D Irene and Jude, I especially recommend it to you guys as it is written from a Christian perspective.
P.S. Irene, I love your new avatar. It reminds me of the Muppet Show episode where S&W performed "The Varsity Drag".
ThomasE 05-03-2008, 11:11 PM Well, I want to check it out. I met Willie back in 1999 when he was signing autographs as his character Bibleman.

I was wondering, abt that whole Nazi comment. I am not Jewish obviously, but how much does that word actually mean to someone who is Jewish? I can see if Harvey called him a derogatory word that is used towards Jews all the time, but I don't think Nazi is one of them.
Erin must have been drunk. She regrets doing the show, so I wonder if it has to do with her being shown how she drinks and gets drunk.

The two split the writing, alternating chapters. It's especially fun reading the two separate accounts of their meeting on the show Rocky Road. Plus, Maylo's account by itself is incredible reading. This woman is a SURVIVOR, in more ways than one. WOW.
ThomasE 05-03-2008, 11:26 PM What year did that book get published?
catlover79 05-03-2008, 11:29 PM What year did that book get published?
It was late 2007 - November or December.
YoliUSA 05-03-2008, 11:35 PM One thing I don't understand--Tina lost 11lbs that last week, but her fat ratio went up??? Explain that to me, please.
Tina was doing what is called a "protein modified starvation fast". Basically all she ate was grilled chicken, 1 gallon of water and coffee if needed. When the body goes into starvation mode, it actually stores fat.
I think that if AJ had been on the red team from the beginning he would have reached his goal. I like Dunkleman but I got a "I don't care if we win or not" vibe from him. The only reason the blue team won was because Tina was there and pushed them
About Erin...I think Willie said it best in one of the episodes: "Erin should not drink". There may be some alcohol issues going on there. I also saw the "Chelsea Lately" show where Tina said that Erin was a "bipolar mess", so I think all of the contestants knew early on that something was not right with her. As for being responsible for her team losing...she had the chance to redeem herself that week and she wasted that chance. If only she had lost 2-3 pounds her team would have won. I felt really sad when they announced how had won and Toccara was crying and AJ and Willie looked very disappointed. I don't see this doing anything to benefit Erin's career, from what I've read on the Internet people know have very negative opinions about her, and I can imagine her losing some fans over this.
Willie, Tina and Toccara were my fav contestants this season. I liked AJ too.
End of rant
Ireneparalegal 05-03-2008, 11:55 PM Thank u Yoli for explaining the fat ratio thing.

Wow. Understandable. Although it seems she has turned to alcohol to try and deaden the pain of whatever mentally bothers her from her abusive past.
I remember when she was real young and she appeared in that movie WATERMELON MAN. The movie was abt a white racist man who turned black. It was a comedy.

YoliUSA 05-04-2008, 12:07 AM Thank u Yoli for explaining the fat ratio thing.
You're welcome Irene!:)
I forgot to mention...If I remember correctly all the members of the blue team had planned to do the diet, but I get the feeling that Sommore and Dustin didn't do it because they didn't lose that much weight.
It's just sad about Erin...I thought she'd conquered all her demons. Read this:
Wasn't Erin a born again Christian?? I don't want to judge but her behavior didn't seem too Christian-like on the show.
I was reading the Vh1 board a few days ago and Willie posted a couple of times on the CFC board. From what I read I could tell that he's a great guy. He said that he doesn't want to go back into Hollywood, and that he now works in carpentry and construction and he's happy doing that. He also said that he will use the paycheck from the show to put his daughter through culinary school. He also likes to hunt.
Some people asked him about Erin but he didn't want to comment too much on that which is totally understandable IMO. He just said that her mood was always up and down, and that he felt sorry for her.
YoliUSA 05-04-2008, 12:08 AM Wasn't she also in some cheesy sci-fi flick??
Yes. According to IMDB the movie was called "Galaxy of Terror". She was also in a movie called "Twirl" with Lisa Whelchel.

Thanks for confirming that...I also agree 100% about your take on Willie. My opinion of him heightened after reading Grace is Enough. I can't recommend that book enough (no pun intended ).
Jude The Obscure 05-04-2008, 10:54 AM I saw the part where AJ gave him the $100. ;) AJ was on the scale and Ant reminded him of the bet and he walked up to AJ who quickly pulled out the $100.
I don't get that whole fat ratio malarkey either. Please, someone enlighten us!!!!
ok thanks--that must have been when i left the room or sumpin--uh, yea, that's the ticket ;)
Jude The Obscure 05-04-2008, 10:58 AM Have any of you read the autobiography Willie wrote with his wife, Maylo?? I did, and it was phenomenal. It's called Grace is Enough. After I read it, I wrote a letter to them c/o the publisher. Lo and behold, they both signed & inscribed the index cards I sent and Maylo sent a handwritten letter along. Isn't that sweet? :D Irene and Jude, I especially recommend it to you guys as it is written from a Christian perspective.
P.S. Irene, I love your new avatar. It reminds me of the Muppet Show episode where S&W performed "The Varsity Drag".
Thanks for the recommend, Monika! As I type, I'm getting ready to go to "chich" (as Margaret Cho once pronounced it in a routine-"you need to go to chich, you make plenty friend in chich")
Jude The Obscure 05-04-2008, 11:10 AM Wasn't she also in some cheesy sci-fi flick??
She was in the '60s drama series, "Daktari", another show sadly forgotten.
ThomasE 05-04-2008, 02:37 PM I remember the theme to Daktari. I liked it. I wonder of Erin will wind up on some Barbara Walters special talking about inner demons though?
Ireneparalegal 05-04-2008, 02:38 PM I don't think Erin qualifies for a Babs special. Sad to say.

Prolly a E! THS episode, though.

For sure!
YoliUSA 05-04-2008, 03:26 PM I'm really surprised that none of the entertainment news shows (ET, The Insider, etc.) has interviewed Erin. For some reason I would like to hear what she has to say about the show, and if she ends blaming it all on editing, like all people who come out looking bad on reality shows do.
Ireneparalegal 05-04-2008, 03:53 PM I am sure they may have approached Erin for some interviews but she may have declined. Erin must be embarrassed for how she came off but that was her doing, no editing in the world could account for that scene in the bus.

I totally agree. The producers didn't made up that footage out of thin air; she provided it for them. Same goes for the footage where she says that she has no objection to giving her prize to Tina, then 2 minutes later she denies the whole thing. That didn't made sense to me. The only thing I found funny on the bus scene was AJ's reaction, I heard him say "please don't do it", and then he had to move to the other side . The others on the bus had the biggest "WTF?" face ever.
I read in some web interview that CFC is her career regret (I think you mentioned it in one of your previous posts Irene) so she knew that footage was going to be aired. IMHO, she wasn't ready to be on reality tv.

She was only ready to collect a paycheck. She said it and that can't be denied.
Seeing Erin behave that way on the bus made for an uncomfortable scene. I don't blame AJ for that reaction. The liquor sure brings out another side to Erin that I don't think anyone wanted to see.

All that screaming and "aaaaah! aaaah! aaaaah!" was totally uncalled for. She was looking for attention. That was seriously nasty and repulsive.

I'd hate to imagine that is how she really is with her man in private.
My image of Joanie is totally blown. I can't see Happy Days and watch Joanie knowing what I seen. I never imagined Erin doing what she did in front of millions of viewers and thinking that was ok. I know alcohol makes some people do some crazy stuff.

You're not alone lol. I liked Erin but after watching this show I really can't stand her anymore, and it wasn't just for the drinking and the bus scene, her lack of commitment and the way she let her team down just made  . I think she drinks a bit too much. She was shown drinking in almost all the episodes, except the last 2 episodes if I remember correctly. Willie made a comment says that she should not drink. Willie was an alcoholic, so he knows the warning signs, and maybe he saw some of them in Erin. But as they say, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
But Erin wasn't the only one who was indulging in the booze a bit too much..what about Dunkleman and his "bottle of wine a night"?

Dunkelman... He had his attitude problems too. But at least he wasn't behaving like Erin did on the bus. Still, no excuse. If Erin has alcohol issues, hopefully seeing herself on this show will open her eyes. Sometimes people have to see themselves at a different angle before they realize what they are doing. You know how you see yourself in a photo and think, "Whoa, my hair looks awful" or "I need to gain weight (or lose weight)", same thing here. It did appear Erin drank in almost every episode. I wonder how the editing affected that? I mean, was it MORE than what we saw or was it LESS than what we saw? Either way, it was not good seeing Erin behave that way. She was acting a fool at the pub when Toccarra did the hula hoop talent.
YoliUSA 05-13-2008, 05:24 PM The May 19 issue of the Enquirer will have an article regarding Erin's real reason for being on the show. Apparently her whole "I did it for the money" thing was because she was behind in her mortgage payments and her house went into foreclosure. According to the Enquirer, she (and the others) were paid $75,000 to appear on the show.
Here's a little excerpt from the Former Child Star Central website:
Yes, yes, yes, the Enquirer all but screams, training its sights on Erin Moran with the headline: "Joanie Loves Money."
Happy Days' erstwhile Joanie Cunningham, now 47, the paper says:
...Had no intention of actually losing weight when she signed up for [the show]...[She] had fallen behind on her mortgage payments, and her Palmdale, Calif., house went into foreclosure.
I know the show's over and all, but I wanted to share this info.
ThomasE 05-13-2008, 06:42 PM No. No. I appreciate it. Thanks. I was wondering about this situation. I don't know whether to feel bad for her or to shake my head in disappointment to her for what she did.
Jude The Obscure 05-13-2008, 06:45 PM Well, at least that seems more respectable than Dustin's "buy my T-shirt" or "watch my porn tape". JMO.
ThomasE 05-13-2008, 06:55 PM Well, at least that seems more respectable than Dustin's "buy my T-shirt" or "watch my porn tape". JMO.
Well your opinion doesn't count. J.K. L.O.L. I had an S.D. moment. Seriously, what you say does make a lot more sense. Dustin was quite tame this season. Last season he was a serious jackass and a half.
Ireneparalegal 05-13-2008, 08:54 PM I have no idea what to think. Thank you for that Enquirer article. We have to take it with a grain of salt, considering the source. Still, let's say that is true, isn't Erin married? What does her hubby do for a living? Nothing? I know in this day and age people are losing their homes to foreclosure because they acquired loans and the mortgage payments went sky high, maybe that is what happened to Erin. We don't know the whole story. I would like to know what her husband does for a living. I feel for anyone who has a home over their head and no way to pay for it.
Dustin, I don't know what to say abt his situation. Why would he buy a house he can't afford to begin with? Was he receiving residuals and then they stopped? I feel for the guy in one sense, but to be such an a**hole to so many people??? What purpose does that serve? He and Gary Coleman are so much alike. They have huge chips on their shoulders.
Erin not at least trying to play the game is a slap in the face to those who were there to really try and accomplish something. Even if they go back to eating the wrong foods, gaining weight, etc. it was a game afterall and she let her team down.
YoliUSA 05-13-2008, 09:39 PM Still, let's say that is true, isn't Erin married? What does her hubby do for a living? Nothing?
I was asking myself that same question. I don't know if Erin receives HD residuals because from what I've read residuals in the '70s were an optional thing; the actor could choose getting residuals and a smaller paycheck. Since Erin was a minor at that time it's possible that her parents didn't opt for the residuals because I guess they didn't know that HD would be such a big hit and that it would be in reruns for years.
Still, the fact that she needed the money to save her house does not excuse her behavior on the show. Like Irene said it was a game and she did a very poor job. If she had done her job and helped her team, she would have gotten some extra prizes plus some extra cash. She could have sold some of the prizes for cash too.
What irks me is that these former child stars like Dustin and Erin try to extend their fame for some money and still have hopes of reviving their careers when most of the times it doesn't happen. The number of child stars that find success as adult actors is very low. If they haven't been able to find work, then maybe they should've considered a career change?? I mean, if they need the money so badly, then get a real job like the rest of the world.
JMO :)
Ireneparalegal 05-13-2008, 09:46 PM What is even more shocking is we hadn't seen Erin on television in YEARS. She did that one episode with Scott Baio on his reality show, but overall, she had gone into oblivion. And when she does hit the tv screen, this is what she wants the world to see? :faint: I bet she now wants to just crawl under a rock.
How much of that was her own fault and how much was it a mental problem, a mental problem enhanced with alcohol?
YoliUSA 05-13-2008, 09:59 PM How much of that was her own fault and how much was it a mental problem, a mental problem enhanced with alcohol?
If Tina's comment about Erin being bipolar is true, then that explains her mood swings and her behavioral changes when she drinks. I'm not a doctor, but I've heard that alcohol is a big no-no for people who are bipolar. I think the rumors about her being mentally ill started when she made those accusations against Henry Winkler and the HD cast in the early '90s.

Wasn't it said that she and Henry had a short-term relationship? they had sex
YoliUSA 05-13-2008, 10:10 PM Wasn't it said that she and Henry had a short-term relationship? they had sex
I don't know about that  , I thought she and Scott where the ones who were in a short-term relatiohship.
From what I know, she accused Henry (and IIRC some of the other guys on the show) of sexual harrasment. A few weeks ago the Bio Channel aired a special about sitcoms where they discussed Erin's accusations and Tom Bosley said that they were false and it was just a PR stunt to jump-start her career.
I bet she now wants to just crawl under a rock.
Actually, I was checking the TV Guide network and they showed a little clip about an event honoring TV moms in LA, and Erin was there. Of course she may have attended because I don't think any of the honorees are VH1 viewers  .
Ireneparalegal 05-13-2008, 10:13 PM TV Moms? Is she a mom?
I have not read much nor heard much abt HD rumors but for some reason, I seem to recall reading or hearing on television that Erin and Henry had a few "moments" together. I might be wrong, I don't know. For some reason that is in my head.
YoliUSA 05-13-2008, 10:18 PM TV Moms? Is she a mom?
LOL no, sorry I forgot to add some info. Marion Ross was one of the honorees, so Erin just attended because she was her TV daughter  . I don't think Erin has kids.
Ireneparalegal 05-13-2008, 10:23 PM Oh, ok. I remember that event now. OMG, I remember Erin and Marion appearing on our local news morning show and they talked abt that event. Erin seemed so fine and happy. I totally forgot abt that.

Thanks for the link Irene, she does look happy in that clip. Totally different person compared to what I saw on CFC.

Thanx for that clip. Wow, the ladies sure are stunning. Even Bonnie Franklin looks FANTASTIC!! She certainly is beautiful.
You are right abt Erin and how she appears on that morning show. Totally different person.
ThomasE 05-14-2008, 07:49 AM I look at it this way, if you are going to be on a show in order to get money, let the money or paying your mortgage be the motivator for you to do the very best that you can for the people that you work with on your team. Don't be lazy and expect to prosper for it.
YoliUSA 05-14-2008, 07:12 PM I look at it this way, if you are going to be on a show in order to get money, let the money or paying your mortgage be the motivator for you to do the very best that you can for the people that you work with on your team. Don't be lazy and expect to prosper for it.
I totally agree. I also hope Erin saved some of that prize money, because she'll have to pay taxes on all those prizes she won, unless she sells them, which I wouldn't be surprised if she did.
I hope we don't see her in another reality show. Anyways, I don't see how any producer would be interested in signing on a person who is not willing to cooperate and/or participate and refuses to do what she is asked to do.
