It's hard for me to believe that it's been 7 years since I took these pictures. These are of some horses that belong to a friend of mine. I'm really proud of the way they turned out :)

This is a pic of the "gates" exhibit that took place in Central Park a few years back. I took a ton of pictures of it, and here's one of my favorites:

I take lots of pics with my cell phone. It's not the best camera, but I get some shots that I like.

I took this on St. Patrick's Day in 2006 when I was in NYC. I really like how this turned out. :)

I've posted these elsewhere on SO but, any excuse, as they say :lol:

The first I call "Tree" which is a small tree growing through a 19th century "Snake rail fence" ...the pic was originally in colour, but, i used a sepia tone (brownish red) effect to make it resemble a 19th Cent photo

The second is one you all know, but, now you can see more of the details, I call it "Nightbridge"

The last time I rode was on Halloween, oddly enough. I used to ride at least once a week, now I don't get to ride but maybe a few times a year.

Holy crap, the street and canal pictures are AMAZING! Especially the canal picture. I don't think I've ever seen a purple sky at sunrise. Very cool. :)

RE the canal pic, believe it or not, that WAS exactly the way the sky looked that morning (it had been raining all night but stopped just in time for sunrise), however the film didnt totally catch it , so, i used my puter to bring the pic BACK to the way that that morning actually looked :)

Oh...And thank you for the kind words :)

I just love this simple picture of a pioneer church...especially the way the white stucco contrasts the dark blue sky and the way the clouds set everything off :)
