Still, it is Phoenix, that is a large city. Don't be fooled thinking it is some tiny little town in Arizona. It is a big city. Mel was always worried abt competitors, so of course there were other eaterys. :crazy:

Bad writing. The series was getting to the point that they were writing these episodes and having the girls say things that sounds ridiculous. Even Jolene was a trucker and she was now a waitress. She knows what it is to go from a trucker's pay to a waitress' pay, she had to endure the change of switching jobs, so what is the big deal?
