More than half of my staff was a hour late today because of the time being pushed ahead, I was two hours late-lol I guess my body needed time to adjust to the new time switch and instead of waking up at 7:30am I woke at 8:30am

Have you tried getting an alarm clock?

Hey wait a minute, why were you two hours late if you woke up only one hour later than normal???

I'm used to eastern time, and was at home - in the central time zone - when things shifted. I just shifted into semi-normal. NEXT week (when break ends) will be the hard part, losing ANOTHER hour.

I wasn't late but I STILL REALLY FELT IT. I don't care what the clock says--it may say 8:30 a.m. but to my body it was 7:30 a.m. And I have an 8:00 a.m. interview Weds. LOL to me!!!

That must be tricky, go back and forth all the time.

Anyway, no, I got up fine, but I wasn't too awake.

it's times like this when I miss the days when I lived in Indiana and almost all of the state didn't have to adjust for DST.
