Anybody know which episode it is where Antonio first goes out with Edna and talks about how big her face is?

He first went out with her in the episode where Lowell gets his own place in season 5, but doesn't mention her again until season 7. She was called Denise at first, but later she is known as Edna. Unless there are two different big-faced girls. We are talking about Antonio here! ;)

What about the one girl Antonio dated that looked like she had only one big eye and he had trouble looking at her.

I don't remember that one. The poor guy had quite a few strange women. He seemed to be a magnet for crazy people, male and female.
