For not buying stock in the company that I work for. Our CEO rang the opening bell for NASDAQ on monday in New York. March 3, 2003 our stock was $2.33 a share now five years later it's $21.12 a share. If I bought 1000 shares in 03' I would have spent $2,330 and now it would be worth $21,120. God I wish that life had a rewind button.
