Aired this morning--boy I had forgotten Blair was a big time BIT**!! And thank goodness Mr Crocker was not kept as headmaster--he was a complete cartoon!

I watched that ep last week on You Tube for the first time and I'm glad they did some reworking before Facts started. But i had never understood Mrs. Garrett's line in 'Rough Housing' "You smoke, you talk a good game" I had never got it till now. And her haircolor made me laugh

For the record, I totally loved Mrs. G on DS. She was so quirky.

WPCH (formerly WTBS) here in the Atlanta area finally aired the episode again yesterday. I remember seeing part of it about a year ago but I didn't remember much and I missed the recent BET airing. I can't help but notice how unlikeable Blair is on this episode. Thank heavens that didn't seem to last for very long. Molly Ringwald's character needed some serious downers, LOL. I agree about Mr. Crocker. I couldn't stand that guy.

They recently started over. By the time BET picked up the show, they were airing Sam episodes and were close, and restarted with those instead of starting from the beginning. My guess is that they probably didn't want to air the episodes so close to BET's airings.

This is actually one of my favourite FACTS OF LIFE episode (i know it s THE PILOT of DIFFERENT STROKES) because you see the characters of BLAIR & MRS.G interact with one another lol! (BLAIR behaves like a "spoil brat" towards MRS. G, who then puts her in her place ha ha); It s also the beginning of their relationship: they didn t start on the good side but end up being becoming very close!:lol:
