The opening credits featured Fred rocking in his chair in front of a S&S storefront, yet I do not recall them ever actually being in the store during any episode?

That always bothered me, that the outside footage in the intro didn't match up with the actual set in the show. The Sanford home was the business, they just didn't have an actual storefront to speak of.

I've just learned to accept the intro to the show as little more than a concept piece... At least the truck was the same!
