However, I would like some instructions on how exactly to put them up, because I don't know if it's simple as taking a picture of what you see on TV and transferring it.

Either hook the camera up to the computer via usb cord or if you have a memory card you can just put the card in the computer. Something will pop up (once the camera is hooked up) asking you if you would like to import your images... click yes and they will be saved onto your computer. Hope that helps.
