Ok so the episode where uncle phil has a heart attack and the rest of the banks (except carlton) are in the waiting room. Then the doctor comes out and says "i'm dr. cavarkian," then the family shrugs, then he replies "with an A." I know this is stupid but I don't get this part, is there a famous doctor named cavorkian or something? somebody please infer me on that, thanks.

Yes there is a famous doctor with that name. He was the doctor who helped patiences kill themselves who had terminal illiness. He went to court and got sued and his liscences taken away, but kept on assisting people with terminal illiness kill themselves.
