Is anyone familar with Dr. Wayne Dyer? Has anyone read his books or heard him speak? Recently he was on Ellen's talk show twice. He gives inspirational, self-exploring talks. I thought what he had to say was interesting. While I mainly read fiction, I do read some non-fiction. I am thinking about reading one or more of his books. This past month has been hard for me and I think that maybe it might be helpful or at the least interesting, to read what he has to say. For those who have read his work, what do you think? Did his thoughts make a difference for you?

I've been meaning to read his books I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I know of someone who pops in his cd and listens to it while driving to work. She says he helps her a lot. I do catch him on PBS and I like what he has to say.

OMG yes! My mom probably has every single one of his books and has most of his tapes. My mom and her sister Sherry call him their "boyfriend"!!! I read "The Book of Tao" a little and got a little something out of it. I listened to the tapes a little and they are quite good. He is worth the money.
