Who do you think changed the most In Looks?

I think Courtney changed the most in looks. I always thought she was the prettiest in the earlier seasons, but that's not to say she wasn't in the later ones. :)

Do you mean during the show, or from then to now? I didn't notice any big changes from the first to the last season, but Matt Leblanc has definitely changed the most. I saw a picture of him recently; he has stopped dyeing his hair, and has a matching gray beard - he looks like a biker, which suits him because he is into motorcycling nowadays, he's often seen at those kind of events.
