I have seen a list of the too disturbing to show on UM segments, segments that never made it to air.

But it seems like I have seen a few of them.

I think you are misunderstanding the "too disturbing to air" thing. It should be read "too disturbing to be syndicated on Lifetime". It is believed that certain segments originally broadcast on NBC (Tara Calico would be a good example) were too controversial for Lifetime to broadcast during its peak hours.

So they either broadcasted them in the twilight hours of the morning or not at all...
