TV specials, programs, etc are already posted on the General board and the blog. You can easily find out who is coming on a talk show on the Late night TV page (http://www.interbridge.com/lineups.html)...why not use that?

Everything can't be all at one place (it is impossible), and if something is missing, someone would complain I'm sure.

IT can just be a board for everyone to contribute, like some can post-"E! is doing a THS on Will Smith Tonight" And then someone can be like-"OH thanks Let me set my recorder. I think a board like that will make things on TV a lot easier to catch

Very funny Solomon. She is promoting her book, not One Day at a Time.

I understand, I will try and post sitcom star appearances on talk shows on the respective sitcom's boards. I posted William Shatner and Henry Winkler on Oprah on Star Trek and Happy Days boards and on the blog, if you noticed. They were on for those classic shows.

Also people who get TV guides in the mail or buy TV guides can post upcoming program notes. Like when I found out in TV guide there was no more Matched in Manhattan. If someone didn't read TV guide they wouldn't have know but could see it on the TV Program Update Board

I remember you brought that to my attention, even though I didn't watch the show.

To be honest, I get a lot of my tv information from this board. I get a lot of information here even abt news. I read things here first a lot of the time(celebrity deaths, marriages, breaking news, etc.) before I get an alert in my email or hear it on the tv news.

The days of listings on paper are long gone Solomon...online is the place to be now. Much more accurate and easier to be up to date.

See Pav keeps saying look at the LateNight and Talk Show link, he doesn't understand that I'm talking about shows that are on the cable channels below

CNN-"Larry King Live"
VH1-"Flavor of Love"
E!-True Hollywood Story

Not just talk shows and once everyone starts sharing what they know what's coming up then it would be a wonderful Board

Yeah, I would like to know the information for other channels, like those you posted. Unless I watch those channels and see some promo, I won't know who is coming on what show. So, like you, I pretty much rely on what is posted on this board.

I watch Larry King now and then and that is how I find out who is coming on. Or I look on CNN.com to see the list.

Larry King and Oprah don't announce their guests weeks in advance. The same goes for Good Morning America, Today and Early Show. They all release a week at a time.

Your best best with those shows are their official websites or listings like TVGuide.com or TitanTV.com

I post when a new E! True Hollywood Story (TV/sitcom related) is coming. I don't when it is a repeat, you can check E!'s website or the TV listings for repeat airings (they repeat this series a lot during the week).

I think WUPL will replay Oprah with Valeria.

Oprah does air repeats in the middle of the night. I believe they also air repeats on the weekends at midnight. The time varies.

Not all affiliates repeat Oprah at that time. You have to check your local listings. For example, in Atlanta after Kimmel ET and The Insider airs.

That's why I said "the time varies." I should have been more clearer. I meant to say the time varies, depending on what affiliate you have and of course, Oprah doesn't show each night of the week.
