Speaking only for myself, I don't see any sense in posting the entire address. What you've posted so far should be more than sufficient. Also, You didn't say how long the person in question has been waiting to receive his part of the trade plus other factors need to be considered as well.

I think it's been a month now, no replies to emails, haven't logged on to ioffer for 2-3 weeks I think, then if you go to his comment page, there are a lot of traders and buyers that haven't gotten their dvd's.

Is his address 690 Skyline Rd.? If so, I have a phone number for him.

There are too many scammers around. Maybe posting the name and address will keep them away from this site.
What they do is stealing. Calling them out is tyhe best way to get them to stop or to take their scam somewhere else. IMO
