It sure looks like it to me. I know this season has been out for about a year, but I recently got it about a month ago. These are some crappy episodes. The only episodes I liked was "Brother Tom" "A Short Story" and "Louise vs. Florence" This season looks like it took off where the 80s began and everything had mellowed. I will give this season two stars.

How would you rate this season?

I enoyed it but yeah I think It was started to go downward a little at this point. George even became real tight with Bentley at this point of the show-lol

I just finished watching episode, "The First Store" that was a good one too. When George picked up that chair and threw it out the window after finding out Martin Luther King got killed, did that remind you of James Evans breaking the chair?

Even though I haven't seen every ep of this show yet and not many of the later ones, I would say from what I've seen that Season 9 was when it began to decline. I have seen a lot from Seasons 6 and 7 and I like them a lot. Most shows do not make it more than eight seasons of greatness. Seinfeld it the only one I know of that was golden from start to finish. Also South Park was great until Season 10, but i doubt most of you watch that show. It is still good, just not what it used to be.

I don't like that ep because I'm not a fan of Flashback eps

I did enjoy season 6. The show's ratings went up and the cast looked revitalized again. With Mike Evans coming back the show seemed to be on its way back. The episode when Jenny announced she was pregnant and when her and George were on the balcony talking. Their tender moment brought me to tears.
