Im putting together a set of the WB TV Show
The Parent 'Hood


I doubt anyones going to want it as it doesnt seem that popular. But i seem to like it for some reason. I've been recording the episodes direct to dvd. Starting at episode 1. Hopefully if it keeps airing i will have a complete set.

I actually love the show. In fact I was working on a set myself but TVOne has been driving me nuts. None of the titles actually match up with the show that airs and they have been repeating some episodes and giving them different titles. I was watching each show and then matching it up to an episode guide on the computer. I think I may just wait for your set to float around and save myself the frustration!:crazy: Glad to see someone else is doing this great show!

wait what? are you serious? thats ********. Looks like ill have to check the episodes and make sure they are what they say they are before i start authoring them. I didnt think that tv stations would be that ********. sheesh. Its a great thing you mentioned that. :)

Yes,unfortunately so far over 1/2 of the ones that I've taken off of Tivo and put on disc are the wrong titles. Many aren't even close or even in the same season for that matter. Also there are a couple that I didn't see TVOne air but TBS did air them a couple of years ago. They are on the titles for TVone but they are just repeats of other episodes :( Like I said,I'm really glad someone else is undertaking this project as well. It is a really good show just really frustrating the way they are messing it up.

actually there is a way of knowing what episodes the really are. I figured it out and it works perfectly. TVOne has a guide. althrough the numbers are wrong the episode titles are correct on the site. so you just go to the tvone guide for Parent Hood and then go to epguides.com to see what number it actually is. Like i been recording it since it restarted recently. So i went ahead and looked at the first episode started over at the begining of the list they have and then they air those in that order so i just record them in that order from my dvr to my DVD recorder in SP mode and then put them on my computer in the correct order. I should be able to figure them all out easily. :)

Now have all of season 1 finishd. 4 more to go
