Military Says Missile Hit Spy Satellite

WASHINGTON (Feb. 20) - A missile launched from a Navy ship struck a dying U.S. spy satellite passing 130 miles over the Pacific on Wednesday, the Pentagon said. It was not clear whether the operation succeeded in its main goal of destroying a tank aboard the satellite that carried a toxic fuel that U.S. officials said could pose a hazard to humans if it landed in a populated area.
Ok, honestly when you first heard about this today, how many of you thought of Gilligan's Island?
But seriously the truth is that the Castaways did hear about this on the radio and were planning to make contact with the Navy ship in the area. Then Gilligan somehow screwed things up & the lastest now is that the spy satellite was in fact not destroyed and has landed at the lagoon of Gilligan's Island.
Could this finally be their chance at being rescued? Well the Skipper & the Professor have rounded up Gilligan & the others to start working on making contact through the satellite.
