A bit of trivia for this episode- In the rescue where the worker gets trapped under a boat, the boat that we see is the PT 73 from McHale's Navy!

Another interesting item- Mark Spitz and his wife appeared in this episode as guest stars. Mark may be a superb swimmer, but his acting ability leaves a bit to be desired. LOL at some of the scenes which he appears in.

Overall this is a pretty satisfactory episode, the stuff going on at the station is humorous with the guys playing pranks on Chet.

If only Universal had done a better job with the transfers for the 4th season DVD's. They used the lesser quality syndicated prints, but it's not a big problem because at least the episodes are uncut. The main problem is the poor sound level in a number of episodes. Hopefully they will issue seasons 5 and 6, and do a better job transfering those episodes.

Yeah saw that episode.... gosh, poor Mark..

I have noticed some of the sound quality isn't good but I'm glad they got the subtitles on these discs...

Perhaps Mark Spitz had a friend on the show, so they offered him a part in one of the episodes. Not much of an actor, to be sure. I know they wanted him to act like he's in shock because his wife accidentally got shot, but his performance is still lame. He and wife Suzy are still married as far as I know.

I have had to turn the captions on too in some of the episodes because the sound is so poor. It's a shame Universal didn't do a better job with the transfers for season four. I do hope seasons five and six come out, but the audio quality needs to be better.
