Well,,,Jinny doesn't take the heat for drinking on the job...luckily Magda was ok. The best part of tonight's TD was the cap's daughter leaving...Hopefully for good!! What a stupid girl,,, move to L.A. with a dishwasher..I thought it was a joke @ first.

I will give props to the creator(Joy Levine,,,I think??)...if a character is not working out they will cut their losses and move on.

So far we have seen the young D.A. who was having the affair with Kate,,,Mag's first partner,,, and now the Cap's daughter,,hopefully,,written off the show. I like how they have taken the 5 main characterz in different directions than what was originally planned..ie. Mag and the sexual attraction to her first partner cuz I think Mag and Gabriel is a much better story.

I just hope that they don't plan on shipping out our Teddy dearest anytime soon.

BTW,,,I was willing to give the daughter one more chance...but this whole L.A. dishwasher story is so hideously stupid that I have totally lost respect for this character. I also didn't like the way she disrespected her mother after the way Kate stood by her thru all of her ordeals.

I agree, Michele. The writers and producers are adjusting as the show goes along, and are not trying to force certain issues.

Thank gawd she's leaving!!!! I am SOOOOOOOO happy. I can't believe she's moving to LA with a dishwasher. What a loser. I hope she NEVER EVER comes back!!!!

I felt the need to say this because the cap's daughter is the same age as me. I know a lot of people who I went to high school/college with who are completely indecisive about what that want. Maybe we have too many choices and people can't make up their mind. We certainly have more choices then our parents, many of whom won't put a stop to the indecisiveness. Whatever their reasons, it drives me up with wall!! I am the exact opposite of that character to the point that I'm more then rejoicing that she's gone and hopes that she and her loser boyfriend strike it rich so we never have to hear from her again.

I forgot to put this in my original post....did you guys see the 'dishwasher' at the end of the show?? That guy driving the jeep looked like he was about 40 years old,,lol.

leslie,,alot of people my age are flaky too. Of course,, some of the others went on to become dot com millionnaires.

I was starting to warm up to her too, that was when she was gonna go back to school and dump that loser, but now that she's going to L.A. with Barry the dishwasher, all I can say is, "Good riddance to bad rubbish!"
