Don't count on Donald Trump's daytime talk show, announced last fall, to premiere this fall, as planned. It's looking like Trump simply won't have the time - what with his responsibilities on the next season of "Celebrity Apprentice" and everything else he's involved in - to prepare for a fall launch. The as-yet- untitled show is billed as "Dr. Phil" meets "Judge Judy."
